- Hi everyone.
-
-
- In 94' I was in the US visiting a friend of mine, and he had this old
- A1000, that he got on a yard sale, but he had no use of it, so he gave
- it to me, if I promised to take it with me!!!, well I got it back home
- with all my luggage. And it seems to me to be one of the first A1000.
- What I want to know is How old is it, and/or is this Machine one of
- the very first!!.
-
- Here are som details:
-
- Serial nr is: XM 1161247.
- and it says MADE IN JAPAN (I thought that amigas was made in the US)
- it has all the signatures in the plastic case, the case says REV A.
-
- It also makes a sound when you turn it on (I have a 220VAC to 110VAC
- CONVERTER)
-
- I've only got 3 orginal disks with it:
-
- the first disk says:
-
- Amiga Extras.
- Amiga Basic.
- Amiga Tutor.
-
- (no version number on this disk)
-
-
-
- The Second disk says:
-
- Kaleidoscope
- Free software from Electronics Arts.
-
-
-
- And the Third disk says:
-
- Amiga.
-
- Textcraft Plus.
-
-
-
- And i've also got a copy of kickstart 1,2. but not orginal disk.
-
- Well I don't really have anything to use this old machine for but
- it is fun to have, because it once was everything you could want for
- a computer back then!!!.
